INSPIRE-ROBOTS Invited to Participate in the 2024 Technology Changemakers Conference

On August 8, the “2024 Science and Technology Innovators Conference STIC” was grandly held in Beijing. Ms. Hainan Fang, CMO of INSPIRE-ROBOTS, shared the topic of “Core Components: The Key Force Driving the Future of Humanoid Robots”.

Since its founding in 2016, INSPIRE-ROBOTS has been dedicated to the development of dexterous hands and became the first company in China to achieve commercial mass production of such hands. Since its launch in 2020, the company has shipped thousands of units, leading the market in product performance, maturity, stability, and mass production capabilities. Due to the in-house development, production, and full control of the core driving joint—the Micro Linear Servo Actuator—of the humanoid five-finger dexterous hand, the cost of these hands has been significantly reduced. Continuous Optimization of The Dexterous Hands

Currently, INSPIRE-ROBOTS has successfully launched two series of dexterous hand products, DFX and BFX. What’s more, Ms. Fang mentioned that in order to further meet the market and industry demands,  INSPIRE-ROBOTS has successfully developed a new series – FPT series humanoid five-finger dexterous hand, which will be launched on August 21st!

The FTP series dexterous hand not only feature precise touch sensitivity and an ultra-long lifespan of over a million cycles, but also significantly enhance load capacity. This will greatly improve robotic performance in complex tasks and provide stronger support for a wide range of application scenarios. The upcoming launch of the FTP series highlights INSPIRE-ROBOTS’ relentless pursuit of technological innovation and exceptional strength in product development.

Core Components Play a Strong Driving Force

The Dexterous Hands is beautiful and highly simulated, combined with the force-position hybrid control algorithm, with sub-millimeter positioning accuracy and several kilograms of loading capacity, it can simulate the human hand to make such complex movements as playing the piano, making tea, guessing, and other precise grasping.

The Dexterous Hands of INSPIRE-ROBOTS adopts an innovative linear drive design with six force-controlled Micro Linear Servo Actuator  integrated inside. As a micro-small integrated linear servo system, the Micro Linear Servo Actuator  is the core motion component of precision electromechanical equipment such as robots, medical devices, and industrial equipment. Its internal integration of high-precision reducer, high-performance hollow cup motor, screw mechanism, sensors and servo control system, to ensure a smaller size based on the realization of the integration of drive and control, it also has a variety of control modes, such as speed control, position control and force control, so thatThe Dexterous Hands in a variety of complex tasks with ease.
