INSPIRE ROBOTS recently completed Series C1 and C2 financing rounds, totaling hundreds of millions of RMB.
Both rounds attracted core industry strategic investors and top-tier market-oriented investment institutions, reflecting strong market recognition of the company’s technological strength and commercial prospects in the dexterous hand sector. Details:
Series C1 was co-led by China Mobile Chain Fund and Shenzhen Capital Group (SCG), with participation from Botrend Capital, Fortune Capital, and Spring Capital.

Series C2 was led by Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund, with participation from Qiming Venture Partners, Botrend Capital, Spring Capital, Jinshi Digital Economy Fund, and TCL Ventures.

This financing will accelerate the company’s R&D in dexterous manipulation technology and innovation in core component products; further consolidate its industry-leading position and continuously improve product delivery capabilities; and actively expand global market presence to drive commercialization.
Since its founding in 2016, INSPIRE ROBOTS has been dedicated to the R&D and innovation of dexterous hand technology. As a pioneer in China’s dexterous hand sector, the company has received multiple grants from the National Key R&D Program and has been selected for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Revealing and Leading” project. Leveraging its outstanding technological capabilities, INSPIRE ROBOTS became the first in China to achieve mass production and commercial deployment of domestically produced dexterous hands. After a decade of iteration, the company has completed full-stack technology accumulation for dexterous hands—covering software and hardware—and has achieved in-house R&D and production of core upstream components such as miniaturized motors, planetary roller screws, reducers, and sensors—a rare capability in the industry. Additionally, the company has developed comprehensive testing and mass-production processes, establishing standards for salt spray, high/low temperature, vibration, and waterproof testing tailored to various high-intensity and complex industrial and data-collection operating conditions. Product reliability leads the industry, making it the optimal solution for embodied AI deployment.
INSPIRE ROBOTS now offers multiple dexterous hand product series, spanning high, medium, and low degrees of freedom and covering a wide range of application scenarios. These address both the high-reliability and mass-production needs of embodied AI companies and, through high-DOF product lines, support cutting-edge research and development. Beyond the linkage solution, the company is simultaneously advancing tendon-driven and direct-drive technologies across the full stack.
The company boasts a extensive global customer network. While experiencing explosive growth in the domestic market, its business footprint has expanded to the United States, Canada, Europe, and beyond, having successfully completed early-stage validation and achieved large-scale shipments. In 2025, INSPIRE ROBOTS delivered over 10,000 dexterous hands, with a market share far surpassing competitors, further cementing its benchmark status in the industry.
Notably, at the 2026 Spring Festival Gala (Year of the Horse), INSPIRE ROBOTS’ dexterous hand made a successful appearance in the sketch “Grandma’s Favorite.” Behind this debut on a national stage lies the product’s high stability and outstanding quality during high-frequency demonstrations, bringing the core advantages of domestically produced dexterous hands into the view of hundreds of millions of viewers.
Looking ahead, INSPIRE ROBOTS will build on long-term technology investment and engineering capabilities to drive the dexterous hand industry toward higher reliability and stronger performance, providing critical support for the large-scale application of robots.
