Maximum thrust requires adjusting the overcurrent value. At 1500mA overcurrent, maximum thrust reaches 52.5N; operating at 70N full load will easily trigger overcurrent fault. Standard load is 56N (service life decreases above 56N); limit load is 80N (above 80N, the cylinder stops via stall protection but the structure remains under load, risking failure). Mechanical self-locking force is 100N (exceeding this causes instantaneous push rod fracture).

Factory defaults are tested for stable operation and service life; modification is not recommended. Overcurrent range is 0–2000mA; overtemperature and start-up temperature are in degrees Celsius.

Fix the push rod with the force-controlled joint bearing. Leave 0.2–0.5mm clearance when fixing the cylinder body to allow the joint bearing to sense force.
