The RH524J1 Series 24-DOF Tendon-Direct-Drive Hybrid Dexterous Hand (J1 Series) completed its highly anticipated debut on the first day, becoming the core highlight of this year’s exhibition. The J1 Series tendon-driven dexterous hand features 24 active degrees of freedom, with 22 distributed in the palm and 2 in the wrist. It adopts a tendon-direct-drive hybrid solution, combining the compliance of tendon-driven systems with the efficiency of direct-drive structures, integrating multi-modal control advantages including tactile sensing and depth vision, achieving ultimate operational flexibility.

At this WRC, INSPIRE ROBOTS collaborated with Wuhan University to create the “Smart Hand Fun Play” interactive experience, along with a uniquely designed exclusive dexterous hand group control demonstration. These two featured scenario demonstrations immersively showcased the ultimate control performance and intelligent coordination capabilities of the self-developed dexterous hands, becoming one of the most popular highlights of the entire exhibition.

At the “Smart Hand Fun Play” interactive zone, the booth featured fun interactive experiences including joystick control, intelligent ball grabbing, and human-robot rock-paper-scissors. The dexterous hands could independently complete the full continuous sequence of target recognition, trajectory judgment, precise grasping, and stable placement.

The dexterous hand group control demonstration further showcased INSPIRE ROBOTS’ leading multi-device coordination technology capability. Through two core control methods—visual tracking and data glove teleoperation—it achieved matrix-level coordinated group control of multiple series and models of dexterous hands.
